Yes, and we encourage it. A consultation lets your provider review your goals and recommend the right tier. Consultations are available before and during the event. Call or book online.
Yes. Summer Solstice tiers can be purchased as gifts. Call directly to set up a gift purchase. The recipient schedules their consultation and plan at their convenience.
The Summer Solstice event -- including Bonus Bucks and tier pricing -- closes June 24 at midnight. Standard pricing resumes June 25. Sign up for our list to be notified when the next event opens.
A tier is a pre-paid treatment investment. You invest $1,500, $2,500, or $3,500 into your account and receive that full amount toward services -- plus Bonus Bucks added on top. Think of it as a spending account with extra credit included.
Bonus Bucks are account credits added to your Urban You account. Tier 1 adds $225, Tier 2 adds $375, Tier 3 adds $525. Insiders at Tier 3 receive $1,050. Bonus Bucks expire July 31, 2026 and can be used on any service.
Bonus Bucks expire July 31, 2026. Your core tier investment (the amount you paid) remains in your account for 365 days from purchase.
Cherry is a third-party financing partner that splits your tier investment into monthly payments. Tier 1 starts at $125/month, Tier 2 at $208/month, and Tier 3 at $291/month. The application takes 60 seconds and uses only a soft credit pull -- no impact to your credit score.
