Does the loyalty program cost anything?
Nope! Totally free and automatic for all Urban You guests and members.

How do I earn points?
Earn points by purchasing products or services at any Urban You location.

Is it a credit card?
No. It is a free program to offer rewards to our loyal guests and members as a way to say ‘thank you.’

Can I earn points on previous purchases?
Points are accrued on purchases beginning 6/17/19 and onward. Points may not be earned from previous purchases.

How do I know how many points I have?
Points are automatically added to your profile, so all you need to do is ask a GEC and they will take a look! We will always ask you if you’d like to use your points toward your purchase as you’re checking out.

What can I use my points for?
Once you have earned 100 points, you may redeem your credit on any product or service, including gift cards. The purchase of membership or membership fee is excluded from point redemption.

Is there a cap on points I can earn?
The sky’s the limit! Shop til you drop and get rewarded handsomely.

Can I cash my points in for cash?
Points are only redeemable for store credit to be used toward a future product or service. No cash will be given in any form.

Will my points be on my account forever?
Points do have a shelf life, but you have plenty of time to redeem! Points expire 6 months after earning, and must be redeemed no later than day 180.
