No. There's no enrollment fee and no monthly fee. On All-Access, your full $175 each month goes into your Beauty Bank as credit toward your
treatments.
No. Insider access is month to month.
No. Your Beauty Bank keeps growing while you're an Insider.
If you come in for tox a few times a year, All-Access often costs less overall, and your monthly amount comes back to you as treatments. Ask your injector to run your numbers with you.
Yes. You can pause for up to 3 months. Insider pricing pauses during that time, but your Beauty Bank balance stays yours.
Send a written request to hello@theurbanyou.com. You'll have 90 days to use your Beauty Bank balance. After that, it expires. Banked dollars can't be refunded.
Your balance is yours and can't be transferred, except when you roll it into an upgraded plan. To share the perks, use your guest pass every 3 months, or give an Urban You gift card.
Yes. There's a $100 reactivation fee if you rejoin after canceling.
Anyone 18 or older. Parents or guardians can enroll teens 16 and up.
