Come in for a FREE Wellness Consultation and talk to our providers about how you can SAVE by being a Member! This is less of a membership and more of a savings plan. We are the one stop medspa for all of your beauty needs. We are confident in our providers and our services, so we created a way to give more value to those who frequently come to UY.
The Urban You membership program has ZERO fees. It is a way we can give lower prices to our Urban You family. Your monthly balance will accumulate in your account until YOU decide to use it (we don’t take a penny). If you change your mind and don’t want to be a member, the money in your beauty bank account is still yours, but you will no longer have access to reduced membership pricing.
The Urban You Saving Plan Membership program has a monthly cost of $175 which is then used towards services. If you are unable to visit for a month or want to bank your credit for a more expensive service like Laser, CoolSculpting®, Botox®, or Filler, no problem! Unused dollars go into your beauty bank, so you’ll never miss out. Plus accumulate loyalty points with every purchase!
UY Reserve
As a UY Member, enjoy a complimentary 30-minute NuCalm session and a paraffin hand dip treatment to unwind and relax with an aromatic experience of energy or serenity, and a weighted blanket for serene relaxation when members book their appointment.
FAQ
Am I locked in by being a member?
Memberships renew on a monthly basis. You may cancel your membership at any time.
Will the “banked” money stay in the bank if I cancel my membership?
Unused banked dollars expire 90 days after cancellation. After that, the balance will no longer be available for use.
Is there a cap to my UY Beauty Bank?
No! Save as much as you’d like, for as long as you are an active member.
Can I transfer bank $ to another user account?
The best way to gift a friend is by purchasing an Urban You Gift Card. Bank amounts cannot be transferred.
Is there a minimum age for membership?
Guests 18 or older may purchase a membership. A parent or guardian may sign up a minor 16+ for a monthly membership.
Can I share a membership with a family member or friend?
No. Memberships are for individuals only.
Can I re-enroll after cancellation?
Yes. The reactivation fee is $100.
I want to upgrade my membership - how can I do that?
We would love to help! Please give us a call at 616-326-3631 so that we can update your account status properly.
I have a founding membership, will I get the banking feature?
Founding memberships do not have the bankable feature. You are already ‘banking’ savings each month by being a founding member and enjoying the additional discount and membership perks. If you’d like to change your membership to a banking membership, you can do so at any time by canceling your current membership and re-enrolling with a bank membership.
